○ Developed manufacturing and quality control processes, ensuring every component meets design and performance standards.
○ Created raw material handling and vendor tracking systems, including RM control lists and wastage reports to improve traceability and reduce losses.
○ Prepared DGCA type certification documentation, supporting compliance and safety validation processes.
