Head Engineer — AZAZNSYS TECHNOLOGIES LLP, Rudrapur (Uttarakhand, India)

(sept 2023 – Present)

Key Responsibilities: 

○ Developed manufacturing and quality control processes, ensuring every component meets design and performance standards.

○ Created raw material handling and vendor tracking systems, including RM control lists and wastage reports to improve traceability and reduce losses.

○ Prepared DGCA type certification documentation, supporting compliance and safety validation processes.

○ Built inspection checklists and QC frameworks for assembly, subcomponents, and airframe structures.

○ Coordinated with vendors and production teams to align manufacturing outcomes with engineering specifications.

○ Managed prototype assembly and documentation of design iterations.
